How To Reserve |
Until 21 days before the tournament, call the Tournament Lodging Office at 800-443-8554. For rooms booked through the TLO, full payment is required 31 days in advance, or upon booking if reserving 21 to 31 days in advance. Less than 21 days in advance, call the hotel directly to reserve rooms that might still be available outside the Tournament Lodging Office room block.

Individual Room Cancellation Policy
|
A full refund is available if you cancel 24 hours in advance. There can be no refunds for late cancellations. However, if the tournament is canceled and you call the hotel by 4:00 PM Day of Arrival to cancel your reservation, a charge of only 50% of the unused portion of your stay will apply. If you occupy your room the first night of a 2-night stay and the tournament is subsequently canceled, you may cancel your second night and receive a refund for the second night's stay only if you notify the hotel upon timely check-out.
