Whitewater Rafting On The Hudson River Gorge In Upstate NY

The Hudson River Gorge, located in Upstate New York’s Adirondack region, is the perfect place for your next whitewater rafting adventure! Experience the source of the mighty Hudson River as she was meant to be – crystal clear, clean, alive and powerful, as her whitewater thunders alongside incredible 500-foot granite cliffs, and through awesome rapids like Givneys’ Rift, the Narrows, and Greyhound Bus Stopper.

Whitewater rafting is possible thanks to dam releases from Lake Abanakee, which adds extra water to the Hudson River all season long. If you’re looking for a more intense experience featuring a more wild ride down the Hudson, come rafting with us during the Spring. For an exciting yet slightly tamer whitewater rafting experience on the Hudson, book your trip during the Summer or Fall. After your rafting trip, enjoy a home-cooked, hearty cookout with your fellow rafters and guides.

Our expansive Hudson River whitewater rafting center is conveniently located right alongside the Hudson, on Route 28, in North River, NY. We hope you’ll join us soon for a thrilling whitewater rafting experience you’ll never forget! While you’re visiting our whitewater rafting center, be sure to check out some of the other activities we offer including our adrenaline-pumping aerial zip course, and our fun-filled paintball games.
